Since its establishment in 2009, Changzhou Sanikang Spring Making Co., ltd has continuously invested in production and testing capabilities for precision springs, spring shims, inductor coils and precision medical metal components. With a cumulative investment of approximately RMB 10 million, the company has introduced more than 40 high-end production and testing machines from Taiwan, Japan and other regions.

The testing center is equipped with fully automatic spring tension/compression testing machines, a fully automatic spring torsion testing machine and 0-5000 N tension/compression testers, enabling tension/compression and torsion testing of different types of spring products.

For product dimensions and material condition, the company is equipped with profile projectors and a multi-function Rockwell hardness tester; for fatigue and corrosion resistance testing, it is equipped with fatigue testing machines and salt spray test chambers. Testing methods, frequencies and acceptance criteria follow the product requirements and applicable standards.

The company is also equipped with an inductance tester for inspecting inductor coil related items. Through the coordination of production equipment and testing equipment, Sanikang has progressively built manufacturing and quality inspection capabilities covering springs, spring shims, inductor coils and precision medical components.

The company operates the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the ISO 13485:2016 Medical Device Quality Management System. Going forward, Sanikang will continue to pursue excellence, continuous improvement and rapid response, refining product process control and inspection management to provide customers with more stable and reliable precision products.
